First day of tribulations

I am working on getting cross fit not just fit.  Today is a day that causes a lot of anxiety but feels great afterward.  Currently I weigh in at 159.3.  My race weight is 138-140.  So being 5 weeks post race I have seen a drastic change in my body.  I guess I felt that I restricted myself in regards to food but I feel worse now than ever eating and drinking.  I need to change direction and get over this wall.  Today will be a marked improvement over the past 5 weeks and I will go paleo.  I had eggs for breakfast, I will have to take in more protein for lunch and I am Thinking scallops for dinner.  eating paleo can be hard because of the restriction.  Sometimes it feels like I can only eat a few things and this stresses me out.  But I have to realize that this is the best for me.  It is a way of life not a diet.
